Walt Disney World no longer allows use of their luggage rooms for delivery of outside vendor rental equipment so we must meet you (or a member of your party) for delivery and retrieval of your rental items.
All orders placed by guests staying at the above listed Walt Disney World owned resorts will have a minimum order requirement of $100 (before sales tax). If your rental items do not total at least $100 (before sales tax), the difference will be added to the order form once you input the resort name and/or address.
DELIVERY OF RENTAL ITEMS:
We must meet you (or a member of your party) by 6 p.m. on your arrival date or you may choose to pay an additional fee for after-hours deliveries of $25 up to 7 p.m. or the delivery may be moved by you to the following morning (no earlier than 8 a.m) at no additional charge. The after-hours delivery charge will only extend the delivery window to 7 p.m. If you arrive after 7 p.m. then delivery will be the following morning (no earlier than 8 a.m.)
EARLY MORNING DEPARTURES FROM WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORTS:
We are also required to meet you for pick up of the items and check out cannot be prior to 8 a.m. on your departure date unless prior arrangements are made with A Baby’s Best Friend.
IF YOU LEAVE THE ITEMS WITH BELL SERVICES UPON YOUR DEPARTURE FROM THE RESORT, WALT DISNEY WORLD WILL CHARGE OUR COMPANY $75 TO RETRIEVE THE EQUIPMENT AND WE WILL PASS THIS CHARGE ON TO YOU.
